Easy communication. Easy to find. Great price vs performance. Countryside with deer in the meadows, parking spot, central to spend an active holiday based out of central Istria - sightseeing, beaches, urbex, Slovenian caves and Lipica horse ranch for day trips, everything reachable. We had a great two week stay and got fresh bedding and towels each week and a home made liquor as well as home grown tomatoes.

Areal, location, swimming pools - inside and outside, great garden and jazucci. Water inside swimming pool was really amazing. Great food both in SteakHouse and Pizzeria, even the prices were higher. Nice spot for the trips around - historical Buje, close to Piran, Portoroz, Trieste.

Beautiful old stone house with oldish interior, almost like a museum but in a nice way. There is everything you need. Perfect for relaxing. Kids enjoyed the tree house and the zip line. The weather was nice.
