the apartments are really located on the beach. the beach is small pebbles, the bottom is sandy, the water is exceptionally clean - the most ideal beach in the resort. but if you want variety - there are several other beaches within walking distance. you don't have to plan your trip to the sea - at any time you can go out to the embankment in a swimsuit and this is a big saving of your time. the apartments are small, but everything you need is there and most importantly a large terrace with an amazing view of the sea. a large supermarket is nearby. also the boat station is nearby and for 15 euros you can go for a walk to Dubrovnik and back. we noted many advantages for ourselves and thanks to the owners for a pleasant holiday in Croatia

We stayed in an apartment with a balcony overlooking the Adriatic Sea. Wonderful view!!! Everything you need is in the room. Grocery store is a short walk away. Going down the hill to the Astarea beach, coming up the stairs requires more time and effort :) You can get to Dubrovnik by bus, the bus stop is right next to the accommodation. Nearby is the restaurant "Flamingo", I recommend it, very good food.

Best impressions and excellent experience! We arrived earlier than check-in, but our apartment was already free and cleaned, so we could check-in earlier. The owner showed and explained everything that can be needed, gave us special recommendations for local objects and nearby travelling, some historical facts. Also we were lucky to taste special family cake and very impressed by kindness and hospitality of this family. The apartment is clean and fully equipped and during our stay the room was cleaned everyday. Everything is very cozy and you have everything you needed. It is very close to the sea, so we had an amazing view from the balcony. Villa situated in a calm green place in 2 minutes from the beach and local restaurants, 10-15 min on foot from the big supermarket. Very beautiful place to walk and swim in the cleanest water, just will advise to use water shoes. We had an amazing stay and definitely will return to this place!

    The apartment was perfect for our family (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Spacious, comfortable, very clean, well equipped kitchen and peacefull environment. The hostess Ana was very helpful and kind. We appreciated to have two separate bathrooms. Free parking was also great. We enjoyed the pool and terrace, there were even separate pool towels provided. Thank you for the lovely stay at Gold Residence. Warmly recommended.

    Perfect location near Dubrovnik. We loved beaches at Mlini and Kupari, especially the abandoned bay. The host was very helpful and suggested some places nearby, they provide also lots of books/magazines about Dubrovnik. Great parking lot in the shadow for our car. Common kitchen with teas and coffee was very good in the morning to enjoy common terrace with the view.

    Ani was fantastic. She greeted us with home made drinks and a bottle of wine as well as fruit. She gave us lots of good advice. Having the car parking was very handy and the bus stop for Dubrovnik was right outside the door. The apartment was spacious and well equipped and the views from the terrace spectacular!
