The hosts, an elderly couple were extremely friendly, and set up the room comfortably. There were a wide variety of toiletries available, and a lovely porch to view the sunset. If you drive, this is a good location for visiting Motovun too (3-5 min drive, depending on where you park). Their dog, Pico, was a joy to interact with too. Thank you for the stay!

    The hosts are super friendly and helpful. The room is spotless clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was not included but the landlady served coffee and cookies every morning. Very near to Motovun. Car parking is available when you come by car.

    A beautiful place with a lot of history, culinary indulgence. The view is fantastic. You can use the hotel shuttle from the parking lot to the hotel; otherwise, the route is approximately 1.5 km long (on foot). The waiters tried hard and were in a good mood despite the occasional big crowd.

    We did not have breakfast, because we left early for Plitvice. The guesthouse was gorgeous, and our rooms each had a terrace with a spectacular view over the valley below. It was the perfect spot to share a bottle of wine and some truffle tapenade from a local winery. You do have to leave your car outside the walls, but the owner met us at the parking lot with her car to help with luggage. We enjoyed walking the walls of Motovun and exploring the hill town of Groznjan on the way there. We had a great dinner at Konobo Mondo.
