    Petra and her family have barely opened this wonderful little jewel, located at the edge of the historic part of Veli Losinje. They have themselves remodeled the historic Captain’s villa which served as a sanatorium for children in Yugoslavian times. Not stylish but everything is simple, clean and functional. If you are looking for a retreat immersed in a Mediterranean garden this is your place. There is a underground parking. The busy part of town and the harbor are 5 minutes on foot away. Petra and her father are perfect hosts.

    Parking access is not as Google Maps sees this - follow instructions of the landlords - access road is close to tennis court. The driveway to the facility itself is very steep - it is better to get out of the car, familiarize yourself with the maneuver and drive down and up without passengers (after unloading our luggage, we used to park in the upper parking lot).

    Hosts were kind: Mario brought our luggage from the private parking lot to the house, where we found a very clean place, pots, pans and new furniture. A washing machine was available to us at all times. The house is located in a quiet area, very near to the Rovenska bay. There is a table outside, sunbeds and a drying rack. Something that wasn’t advertised was that clean towels were provided to us at the midpoint of our stay. Host was reachable via chat anytime.

    This is a perfect home for your vacation, it was mine for sure. the owner, Mario, gave good instructions, where to park and meet me at the parking lot, helping with the baggage as well. The location is just perfect, less then a minute on foot to the sea and just ca. 5 Min to the center of Veli Lošinj. I had a great experience and would definitely come again.
