Mrs Gaal is friendly, efficient, and happy to help. The rooms are very, very clean. The location a little outside of town is beautifully quiet, and within walking distance of the excellent "Rodeo" restaurant. Perfect for cyclists as she can lock the bikes in the garage overnight.

Big, lightful room. Much space, very comfortable bed, very clean bathroom, fridge and minibar, breakfast possible and also only getting a cup of coffee/ beer etc for 1-2€. Good WiFi, parking place available, didn't hear any neighbours (not many people there, though), great garden (very interesting statues of women all around, also inside the house - really great, very inspiring). Playground, grill area, wintergarden available. Cool hiking tracks nearby (200m and in the forest), very friendly landlady, all very easy and perfect for business stay and hiking vacation, alike! I woke up to the sound of chicken. Really great! Price absolutely good - can only recommend!

My first stay was in 2017 my father and brother live in Mayarlak which is a 5 minute drive the hotel has everything you can ask for the staff are friendly very welcoming. I then returned in 2019 and then again in 2022 and now July 2024. I would highly recommend Gotthard hotel I would like to thank Fábián Fanni who has arranged my taxis to see my father you all have gone above and beyond to make my stay an absolute joy. The apartment is in a beautiful area Hungary. The kitchen is nice and clean beds are comfortable. The host is absolutely super! she had homemade elderflower lemonade waiting for us when we arrived. The breakfast the next morning was fantastic… with locally produced cheese, sprouted salad, eggs, homemade herbal teas and salamis. It was fantastic. Highly recommend staying here! The conversations at breakfast were great.

It was the best place. Out in beautiful nature, surrounded by welcoming hosts and a great respect for the deep values in life. Go there, eat homegrown food, sit under a tree. Maybe pet a pig or a cat and enjoy yourself. The best beds, the best breakfast and the best hosts!

Offered secured free parking, good accommodation - the room we had on the second floor was bigger and better furnished, spotless clean and no smell in opposite the one we had on the ground floor.     Breakfast and dinner were excellent, with great variety. Rooms were clean. Spa is small, but sufficient, with enough facilities to make it interesting for a few days. There is a free parking behind the hotel. We enjoyed it and will visit it again.

    The micro location of the panzio is excellent - less than 2 km from the town centre, a bit up a hill, immersed in the nature! Parking in front of the building, room to park your bikes (if that is the case). Very silent throughout the day and night - an excellent place to relax. Good starting point for bike tours!

    It’s a separate house in a quite neighbourhood, including 3 apartments with their own separate entries. it has the small garden with the table and the parking space. 5 mins drive from the Austrian border. The apartment was sunny, with big windows and the possibility to close them from outside with from the sun light and as a safety measure at night.It was clean, spacious, kitchen had all necessary utensils for cooking/dining etc. The bath towels are provided ( no toiletries). Monika met as late in the evening to let us in :)
