luxury redefined! the staff took utmost care to make us comfortable. The hotel is quite expensive but each and every corner of the property and comfort provided justifies the price. Special mention to sweetest and most polite Pina at Rimba. Very nice accommodation, calm and quiet neighborhood. You need scoter to move around, but that is same for every place on Bali. The staff were very nice and helpful with excellent service. The rooms were the cleanest we had on Bali. The villa has everything you might need, there is also very nice gym. Some people might be afraid of the location, but in the end its close to nice beaches, and the roads in this area of Bali are with lowest traffic this is also nice bonus when riding from villa to beach or restaurants.

I have been to Balangan many times and Bombora Balangan is easily my choice as the best place to stay. Best pool, best sunset bar and cocktails, best view and best rooms( they are new which helps). Further breakfast looking at the waves rolling in was perfect and peaceful. I love this place so will tell you a bit more. Architecture with bespoke woodwork is a highlight as are the owners quirky taste in decorations. The staff and owner were first class. This is a very friendly place. A place where you can chat in the bar or relax on copious day beds with a book. Sunset here with a pizza (a new pizzeria had just opened), a glass of wine and then a cocktail was lovely. Enjoy!
