If Paradise has a name it is Hotel Indigo Bintan Lagoi Beach. Especially the staff is wonderful and so friendly it makes you want to hide from the evil world outside and stay there forever. Excellent choice of local and international food, great swimming pools with, one of my favorite things of all time, a swim-up-bar, very luxurious room with a big balcony, an ocean view and a quiet pleasant airconditiong system.

Our villa had a private pool which was wonderful, small but good enough to have fun! Buffet breakfast was not bad, not a lot of variety but still good enough. The selling point however is the wonderful staff,who are so polite, so welcoming and so friendly. Everywhere we went we were greeted with warm smiles and hellos. They were so helpful and so fun to be around. Had a blast on the ATV rides and archery. Unfortunately this resort doesn't have that many activities for you to enjoy. As for the beach, you could have a great dip as the shallow part goes quite far in. So you wont be able to go snorkelling or anything. Still a great place to unwind though!

We travelled to Bintan with our 3 kids, and another family and their 2 kids, and we all had a great time. We were genuinely shocked at how beautiful the lagoon (Treasure Bay) looked from the hotel and that it looked exactly like the pictures. We had expected to be disappointed because we assumed the photos must have been heavily Photoshopped, but we were blown away by the aesthetic. The resort is simply gorgeous. The rooms and the lagoon were wonderful and the staff were very friendly and attentive. One of the staff (Djeremy) played snakes and ladders with my son at every meal and was amazing with him. The customer service from all of the staff was first class. We spent time in a lagoon view tent deluxe (right near the lagoon beach) and then spent our last night in one of the tents at the back of the property with the private spa pool . They were both lovely I would recommend Natra Bintan to anyone, particularly young families.
