The staff was really kind and helpful. The Regency Club access is a must have. With it you can enjoy the cocktail hours which is way beyond your imagination (drinks and foods). The bbq restaurant was also exeptional. We were 3 different city in Bali (Ubud, Gili and Sanur). Be prepared that this Hotel (and Sanur Beach itself) is similar to western, european trends, not traditional style. It is not a good or bad thing, just a fact. It is your choice which do you prefer.

The facilities and staff were amazing!! The staff really make your stay and make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. We had intended to leave and visit the local town but it was so lovely we couldn’t bring ourselves to leave the resort. We did have a massage and would definitely recommend!

The rooms were absolutely breathtaking, with great attention to detail and comfort. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty, offering impeccable service throughout our stay. Is definetly worth to mention the japanese restaurant in the hotel, where the food was absolutely delicious, and to the professionality of the massage terapists. We recently spent a week at Emy Sanur and villa exceeded the expectations: better than on photos and thoughtfully designed! The living space's well-organized, spacious bedroom makes feel at home. The kitchen's equipped with everything we needed for our extended stays. The swimming pool was always crystal clear and free. Very professional staff. Every question was met with a smile. We have been traveling a lot around Bali and for the quality of Emy Sanur, it should cost twice when compared to other locations we've stayed at. Ideal place for a long stay for 1 or 2 people. 10 out of 10! Will come back again!
