I had an amazing stay at Eternal in Mataram! Opened just 6 months ago, everything was increibly well-maintained and clean. The staff were exceptional, Terimakasih 🙏 The location is perfect for exploring Mataram. It's close to the university there are plenty of foo options. Access to a common kitchen always a plus.

Place is really new. Near the city but just out of main roads so there was no extra noices from traffic. Room was clean and comfy. Staff was really nice, welcomed with heart. We also liked the quite unique bathroom.

We had an amazing stay here. Maria is genuinely so sweet and kind and she goes above and beyond to make sure you feel looked after and at home. The room was super clean and so big for the price you pay and you get breakfast. Genuinely lovely people, a great location and just a really homely vibe. Absolutely recommend this stay to anyone. Ayom suites is the best resort we have ever stayed in! The staff has been extremely kind and payed attention to every detail, helped us with every request or need for advice we had. The room was exceptionally clean and lovingly designed, the pool and the external space are perfect and designed to relax and escape from the caos of the city. The food was delicious and characterized by high level recipe and preparation, a mix between the traditional cousine and some occidental influences (the bread and biscuits they made are amazing as the everyday supply of different juices!) Thank you for have made our staying in Mataram so special and thanks in particular to Mita and May, always super kind and willing to help us with everything we need!
