An amazing place to stay, very clean and modern, had everything we needed. Aldo made sure to have the heating on for us when he knew we would be arriving back. Aldo was very easy to contact and responded immediately with any questions we had. Great location as well, very close to the town and train station. Would highly recommend staying here

What a cute homely apartment, everything was wonderful, nice and clean & tidy, only a 2 minute walk to Aldi and to the local Bar Square / Paddymax bar where the food was great along with the welcoming bar staff (Frank & Pat) Kate was great with instructions and communication would definitely recommend staying there. We were only a couple, but would be great for a family,

The location was perfect for us - not too far from town or the beaches we frequent. It had a well stocked kitchen and a comfortable couch to lounge on. Felt very private from the main house - didn’t see the owners after check in (which we liked) but also felt they were there if we needed to get in touch. Great hosts.

    Discreetly off the main road away from traffic. Very friendly staff, nice bar food. Plenty of car parking. Family friendly. They had no fans in the bedroom or hotel and when i asked for one, they went one errand to the shops to buy me a state of the art one. Very happy.

    The Great National is located close to Ballina town by car. It is easy to find and has good car parking. The hotel is very quiet and nice and looks to have been recently refurbished as it is absolutely spotless. The complimentary newspaper is a nice touch and they do an excellent coffee and lunch. The bar staff are very friendly. I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend The Great National.

    This place was in a lovely little courtyard beside a fabulous bar and restaurant called Dillons with lovely food. Free parking, easy access. Comfortable clean room with all u need for a night away. Reasonably priced too.
