Absolutely immaculate accommodation with lots of space and very friendly and helpful management. Well over and beyond the call of duty I'd say. Arrived late but it was no problem. Left to our own devices on the whole with advice on trips when needed. EXCELLENT.

Were there just for a night. It was sweet and cozy and a lovely man with his dog welcomed us and helped out with everything. Super delicious breakfast! Would definetly book it again if I have to!!

Pat, the host was lovely. He called us to make sure we were on our way and made sure that the house was warm and cozy for our arrival. The views from the property are beautiful 😍 My family, including the dog, had a fab time.

Mr. Murphy is really nice and he makes you feel welcome in his cottage. His wife and him live just nextdoor, so if you need anything, they can help you. There are actually two bathrooms (one has only a toilet, and the other one a toilet and a shower), which is quite useful if there are more people staying in the cottage.

Facilities and views are superb. It is a wonderful balance of luxury and a relaxed vibe. The hotel is beautiful We enjoyed walking the trails along the coast and soaking in the outdoor hot tub overlooking the Ring of Kerry. We stayed at this house near Sceine Bay for a family trip and absolutely loved it. The house really blew us away. If you love to cook, this place is a dream come true with all the kitchen gear you could ever need. We ended up making some great family meals right there, just enjoying the space and the amazing view. Another amazing thing about the house is all the books. No matter what you’re into, there’s something for everyone, from Joanne Harris and David Gemmell to Tolkien and more. The location is absolutely beautiful, tucked away in a really scenic part of the bay. We spent a lot of time just taking in the views or heading out to explore. There’s so much nearby to check out, like Helen’s Bar, Derreen Gardens, the town of Kenmare, and the Boathouse Restaurant. We never ran out of things to do or places to eat. Honestly, this house made our trip. It’s the perfect spot if you want to relax, cook great food, or just enjoy good books with family. We’re already talking about when we can go back here, we're regulars of Cork and Kerry. Highly recommend!

    Excellent communication with owner. Great location in town with free parking. Homemade cookies in our room on arrival was a nice touch. Room a little on the small side but very clean and comfortable. Good advice given on place to eat out in the evening. Excellent breakfast served by friendly staff.

    Room was beautiful. Self check in was so straightforward and instructions were very clear. Location was perfect and plenty car parking. I would definitely stay again. Breakfast not included but had it next morning, very reasonable and so fresh.
