The host had made an effort to put up beautiful Christmans decorations for us - a lovely gesture. Ample parking. Very comfortable & clean beds with more than enough extra blankets. The location was excellent -- beautiful view, sweet small yard and privacy around the house. Parking important, pull up right next to the house. Separate laundry room / utility area was wonderful (many houses have washer appliance located in the kitchen, which is a huge headache -- especially for families with children! I spent much of the evening just sitting on the balcony drinking it all in. Alan (the host) was very friendly and made you feel like you were in your own home. He recommended and booked up a brilliant fish restaurant for us. Delicious cooked breakfast with plenty of choice of cereal etc. Comfortable beds.
