The location was only a few minutes by car to Collooney itself. There are two supermarkets stocking everything you need for a stay. Very easy to reach Sligo town by car. The house had enough space for the four of us. I really liked the big bedroom with en-suite and walk-in wardrobe. There were 2 tvs so everyone was happy. There’s also a utility room with a washing machine. I enjoyed walking around the beautiful garden each evening and sitting on the bench outside. Clodagh left some goodies which went down well with the kids and the wine with the adults.

Castle Dargan is a very nice Hotel near Sligo. We really liked the location. The breakfast was great, one of the best we had in Ireland, and the staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Overall it was a very nice stay and we definitely recommend this hotel.

This location was a best choice for relaxation, ambiance and outdoor walks. All the staff in the hotel are very kind and willing to help. Especially Georgiana from Reception, always with a smile on her face, friendly and professional. Very diverse and tasty breakfast. Free entrance to the swimming pool, Jacuzzi and saunas. The house is located in a quiet and safe area with an easy walk distance to the centre (approx.15 min) and surrounded by picturesque countryside. The accommodation was very clean and cosy with a bonus of a heated duvet which made the sleeping so enjoyable. I especially appreciated the home-like, family-like feeling which was thanks to an amazing host lady Margaret. She was so welcoming, warm-hearted and helpful, always there to make you feel comfortable and cared for. Thanks Margaret a million, I would always love to come back again!😊
