This is an amazing place located on the waterfront. Very bright and super modern decoration. The super king size bed was so comfortable and the comfort in the living area was 5 star , and the amazing big TV Everything is so close and a short walk along the waterfront promenade will will you into the picturesque Town of Cobh where there is so much to do .. Wow what a place. Super helpful upon check-in, we had been delayed by storms in London and they made sure our process was speedy, called the restaurant we had booked ahead of our reservation to warn them we may be a little late, and sorted our taxi ahead of time. We made my wife’s birthday dinner and it was all down to Hayfields staff. Our suite was immaculate, the breakfast was delicious. We would stay nowhere else when repeat visiting Cork as we do. Thank you

Very accommodating staff and super helpful. The private parking is a 5 min walk from the hotel. Best to have one person park out front, another check in and drop off bags. You need the code provided from staff at check-in to enter the garage. The decor was fabulous during Christmas. Everything was twinkling. Comfortable bed and room in the city center. Didnt get a chance to try the restaurants on site but they looked great and were busy. Everywhere is walkable from this location.

I was attending a wedding at the hotel over the weekend. It was wonderful from start to finish. Everything was well organised and I checked into my room quickly with no delays. The food, the venue, everything was great. The staff exceeded all expectations. I misplaced something during the night and Brian who was overseeing the event went above and beyond to help me. I can’t thank him enough. 5 star service
