A very warm welcome from the host’s sister who offered me a sandwich after a long journey. The house was superbly located with off road parking, a great view, the room was very quiet and comfortable with a lovely hot shower. Everything was very clean. Delicious self serve breakfast with a choice of things to eat. The host’s sister lives nearby so as a solo female traveller it was nice to know someone was on hand if needed. Also very relaxed around check out time. Really enjoyed my brief stay and it was a short onward trip to the Tarbert ferry

The hosts were very kind and wellcoming. Breakfast was delicious, we could choose between continental and Irish traditional breakfast. The tradicional breakfast was great. The room was nice and clean.

The house was really nice and clean, and our room was very comfortable. And above everything else, Pat and John were amazing hosts! After arriving we had a chat about our plans for the evening and the next day, and when we said we were going to go find some dinner nearby, Pat suggested we should rather go a bit farther as the nearby places only offered takeaway. She and John offered to make a booking for us in a nice place, and we gladly accepted the offer. When the first restaurant was fully booked, they called another one and got us a table there. And we ended up getting one of the best meals of our trip there! We really appreciate the help and extra effort.

BBQ, nice dekor, nice details, good communication with owners. Loved that we could cook a meal as well because of the equipment. There was everything we needed!
