Such a lovely place to stay, the location is so pretty and lots of pubs and restaurants around it. Julie was such a great host and so kind and thoughtful! The breakfast in the morning was delicious, so much on the menu, it felt like a restaurant! We did the nighttime kayaking in Reen pier just an 8 min drive away and it was incredible, would highly recommend!

The best place in Ireland We traveled in Ireland for 3 weeks We have been to dozens of B&Bs. Everyone was fine. This is the only place that deserves a 10 out of 10. A place with a perfect view. Clean, spacious room, good shower. Breakfast, one of the best we received. And most of all, the landlady. A charming, kind, warm-hearted woman, like a mother. highly recommend !

Everything was excellent, it was a unique experience. The owners treat you like family, they are the most kind people. The guesthouse is very lovely and close to the ocean. Our stay at Ethan's was excellent. Our host was extremely hospitable. When we arrived, we had not eaten, and he suggested a great fish and chips place just up the street. We took our order to go and had a lovely picnic by the beach. We slept well; the bed was very comfortable. As a matter of fact, the entire room was clean and welcoming. Before we checked out, we enjoyed a traditional Irish breakfast. If you give the host a heads up before arriving, he'll even have GF bread available.

I loved the use of space. It was well thought out and everything we needed was available to us. It was very close to the centre of Rosscarberry. Weather conditions were quite bad outdoors but we were all cosy inside. I can imagine this location in the Summer months as it is only a short drive to many beaches, which we visited today in the wild windy weather

    The size of the room was amazing with excellent views. En-suite was very clean & large with an excellent shower. Parking was easy with plenty of available space. The hosts were very welcoming. Breakfast was cooked fresh to order & the table laid with fresh linen & little lidded pots of jam & marmalade - little touches.

    Beautiful, large, bright bedroom, huge comfy bed, excellent shower. Everywhere was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very welcoming and the breakfast was excellent. Plenty of parking and a quick drive into Union Hall. Would highly recommend The Dock Wall for dinner. We can’t wait to return!

    We had a wonderful stay near the little Harbour of Union Hall in this beautiful family run Bed & Breakfast. The breakfast in the morning was good and locally sourced. The building itself is beautiful and so was the room and garden surrounding the property. We enjoyed our stay very much. Parking is in front of the building, google maps found the property well. Thank you for your hospitality!

    Room Fantastic. Bed was super comfy. Location lovely serene and peaceful. Shower superb. Host lovely. Plentiful safe parking. Breakfast room was quaint and tasteful and range of food options was to suit all tastes . And UnionHall is a great little spot to visit.
