Robin and Rino had really thought about the needs of his guests. My room had a very comfortable bed, there was a fridge in common area, a hairdryer and two comfy seats and a small table. Breakfast was substantial with a savoury option plus eggs, toast and tea and coffee. Robin also offered tourist bookings and the tickets he got for us at the theatre were excellent - front row. The accommodation was well placed for a 10 minute walk to a variety of restaurants and there were tuk tuks readily available for longer journeys.

I enjoyed my 3 nights stay at the hostel. The atmosfere, the location, the dorm and facilities are very good. But most of all, Danish and his staffmembers made my stay great! Their hospitality and friendliness are awesome. They make sure you feel comfortable, lots of chance to meet and miggle with other travellers. Danish is more then willing to andere all your questions and help you with planning activities of needed. But most of all: there is a lot of fun and laughs in the hostel. It’s a great place to enjoy your stay in Allepey

The best homestay, if you are coming to Alleppey and want to enjoy tasty Kerala food, budget friendly, experience true hospitality, with the opportunity to make wonderful friends and in a great location just 2 minutes walk from the beach then Venitia Homestay is the right choice. There is the option of Fan or AC, we chose fan. The rooms are spacious, comfortable bed, and drinking water/glasses provided. The shower pressure is good, towels are provided and the windows in bedroom open fully to allow good air circulation if needed. The first visit, (we stayed here 3 times in total), we extended our trip and stayed for 8 nights and the bed linen/towels were changed without even asking. There is space to relax here, on the balcony, interacting with the family or even up to the rooftop to admire the stars at night. The family are so lovely, their hospitality is 5* and it feels like a home away from home. Jeeja's cooking is so good, we ate nearly all our meals here, some at the family dining area downstairs and some upstairs near our room, vegetarian/meat/fish/spicy/not spicy she is very accommodating and for myself just a little sugar in the best masala chai in Kerala 😊 Jeeja the Masala Chai Queen ☺️ If they could help us in any way they did so, they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, to look after us and arrange trips/recommend places to visit. We even did some exploring with Aakash, went to the cinema together, and enjoyed many conversations with all the family. Staying with this kind, caring, friendly and fun family has been a true highlight of my visit to Kerala, and I look forward to visiting them again next time I return to Kerala. I recommend sunrise kayaking, the budget friendly Vega government boat trip, KSRTC Gavi trip, the beach near by, and generally just exploring the area.

Our stay on the houseboat was incredible! The staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The organization was flawless, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The boat itself was beautifully maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms and great amenities. We can totally recommend this homestay. The location is good, the rooms are clean and spacious. Also the host family is very kind and helpful. They organised a boatride for us and also the tuktuk drivers. It was the perfect mix between having conversations and privacy. Thanks!

They upgraded us straight away and our room was very comfortable and near the pool. This is great for cooling off after walking in the heat and the games room with ping pong, chess, table football etc is a good addition. Clint was very helpful and we booked an early morning river cruise which I would recommend . The food at breakfast and dinner was very good too.

    The only negative is the car parking is 100 mts far from the property. Rather than the stay was excellent. They have their own boat for short and long ride in the backwaters with reasonable price.

    its a new hotel, but the staff were very friendly, location is also very decent with lots of restaurants near by and beach is hardly 10 mts drive from this hotel, rooms are quite spacious with a balcony, bed and other furniture was also good, lighting was also excellent, we also have a free parking facility in the hotel premises itself, i would suggest anyone travelling to allapuzha to opt for this hotel to ahve a great staying experience

    Welcoming and helpful host family. The location is awesome. They have sufficient place for car parking. The beach is just 50 meters away. You can order food online at this location. Auto or Tempo availability is there. Else host can arrange one. The host can also provide a scooter or bike for rent. Most of the tourist places from here are within 8 to 9 km. Host arranged a 5 hours boat trip, this was really good. (with charges).
