We enjoyed the stay at the hotel for two nights. The facilities, ambience and the courtesy extended by every single member of the staff was beyond our expectations. Too god to be true, but that was an honest feedback. Keep it up. Food was very nice and service with a smile always. Excellent training to the staff. the hotel was conveniently placed for a family wedding we had to attend. The staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Very friendly staff and accommodating. Naeem on night reception and I think it was Sayed day reception we’re so polite and hospitality. would definitely recommend this place. Breakfast was included which was really good in taste and value.

Very nice Hotel in Bharuch I think one of the best in the area. I can only recommend it for any visitor. Comparing to EU the price for Hyatt is cheap. Dinner is very Indian driven, but if you want and you asked the employer one day earlier you can get some food regarding to your whiches.

Great staff, especially Ms Misbah from front desk. Very clean hotel, good rooms, good restaurant. Good location in the center. Close to railway station, supermarket on the other side of the street. Will come again!!!
