Really nice place to meet other travellers and you feel like home. Banti and Haley are amazing and they make you feel cosy since the first second, they create a really nice familiar and friendly atmosphere there! The position is amazing, close to everything and right in front of the beach. There is also a garden we had a really nice dinner all together.

One of the best stays we had in Goa. The rooms were spacious, clean, and decorated with a mix of Goan charm and modern comfort. The staff were very polite and helpful. The location couldn’t have been better – just a short walk from the beach, yet tucked away enough to give that peaceful, relaxed vibe. The in-house restro bar served delicious food (highly recommend trying their pizza, and cocktails)

My recent stay at La Utopia Resort was truly exceptional. The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk from arambol beach and market 3.5 km from querim beach. The room was impeccably clean and well-equipped, with comfortable bedding and a spacious bathroom. But what truly stood out was the staff. From the friendly and efficient check-in to the attentive room service, everyone was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options. Loved the place! The apartment was cozy with 2 rooms and a kitchen area, big mirror, nice balconies, and an awesome pool. The poolside loungers were super stylish with cute pillows. The restaurant served delicious traditional food—not spicy, which was great! The staff were really friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend this spot!

    location is good different from normal or beach stays breakfast is good but limited restaurant location and views r great room spacious and view from room is good . even though there is space for car parking inside fort and adjusent to it we were asked to park some distance away . there is a small beach below fort . if a way is constructed to reach down it will be an excellent beach to fort
