On this trip I have stayed in 4 hotels in India, all about the same price range. This was the best by far. Plus when they noticed I was not feeling well. they volunteered to arrange a doctors visit. Accompanied me and helped guide through process, paying charges and for prescriptions. I expected this all to be added to my hotel bill. It wasn't! Manager said it was all on them as I was their guest.

The vibe when you stepped in, the service team from the doorman to reception to the team in the restaurants to housekeeping and the ground staff. Everyone was always with a smile. Great breakfast too! The pool was a bonus after a hot day of exploring the city.

I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Airport Suites, Mr Sourabh,the owner of the property and his wife were extremely courteous, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The food was delicious and well-prepared, with great attention to quality. Most importantly, the hygiene standards throughout the hotel were excellent — everything was clean and well-maintained. Very decent for a short city break. Excellent location, central and well connected with train/metro. Great wifi. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The breakfast buffet was better than expected. The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. The location is great- very near Central Train Station. I would recommend it to friends, and will definitely stay again if I'm back in Lucknow.
