Food , cleanliness, service and rooms were good.

I booked the hotel for my clients an they were very impressed with the staff, cleanliness and the special extra touches made.

Of the 5 hotels we stayed at in India, we enjoyed this one by far the most. The rooms were comfortable (and with good beds and pillows) but what made this hotel memorable was the incredible warmth and hospitality of the employees. It made our stay feel relaxing and at the same time memorable. The breakfast buffet, included with the room, was the best we have had at any hotel in India - sitting outside on the porch to eat enjoy the greenery added even more. The food was outstanding at all meals. Ganesh and Sanjeev, our most frequent waiters, were absolutely a pleasure to interact with, and felt like old friends by the end of our 4 day stay. We loved this hotel's dining room, and the staff which made it run like a well-oiled machine. The food was absolutely outstanding, and the chef was a frequent presence in the dining room, checking on diners. We also enjoyed the many wedding festivities and other events which took place, making the hotel a lively place to stay. The doorman, Sudhir, was also extremely helpful on many occasions, and we enjoyed being recognized and greeted warmly when returning from arduous trips to the Ajanta and Ellora caves. We would recommend this hotel without any hesitation, and also felt it represented great value for the money. (We enjoyed it much more than the Taj Krishna hotel in Hyderabad) The front desk staff were always extraordinarily helpful and available to give whatever help or information was needed.

What a really lovely hotel, quiet and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful organising all our taxi cars (which I must add that the drivers were really good and helpful also). When sonething was needed the staff were very prompt in organising or getting it for us. The restaurant has a good choice of food, and breakfast was adequate. The hotel also has a small bar, which is a bonus. This is more than a 3-star hotel. We would happily stay here again and will recommend to friends.

First of all, they made it so that we received a room at 8 am, despite the fact that regular check-in is at 14. Second, the room was spacious and clean and the staff very helpful and welcoming. The food at the restaurant was very good.

The over all ambiance is good and breakfast was excellent

Being able to drink a coffee on the serene lawn, away from the honking traffic, made us feel well balanced. There are two or three high class hotels in Aurangabad, but none have the authentic character of Vivanta. You feel like a Maharaja! The rooms are spacious and they all look out on the enclosed garden and pool. There’s a ground level where the rooms have a porch and an upper level where the rooms have a balcony. We recommend the upper level rooms. They have more light and a better view. The rooms are cleaned at least twice a day. When you pass a member of housekeeping in the corridor they always wish you a pleasant day and ask if they can do something for you. We especially remember the broad smile of Mr. Shivaji. He made us feel right at home. Having breakfast is very enjoyable! As early as 7 am you can comfortably sit outside on the lawn, listening to unobtrusive music being played live by a musician while waiters bring you freshly made dosa. The staff is fast and caring. They give you a variety of suggestions. They remember your room number and how you like your coffee. The food is very tasty. We felt pampered every single day. A special recommendation to Mr. Shyamal, Mr. Dhiraj, Mr.Suresh, Mr. Amol and Mr Santosh! Lastly, we’d like to express our great gratitude to Ms. Shital! She enriched our stay with interesting sightseeing tips and when she overheard at breakfast that my wife had bought a sari she offered to come to the room and help her put it on. She took such care in dressing my wife. The cherry on the cake was when she showed up with fresh flowers and wove them through my wife’s hair. Absolutely beautiful! We took stunning pictures in the garden and went to dinner in transitional clothing. That evening the chef Sainath Rathod gaves us an exceptional dining experience. We highly recommend his cuisine. Property is neat and clean. Very close to Bibi ka makbara and Aurangabad caves . Great value for money. Shubham was very helpful and guided us to reach the property along with follow-up on our stay arrangements . The caretaker of the property was very supportive. My little one enjoyed stay a lot thanks Shubham for the comfortable and cozy stay
