Great Stay – Beautiful Rooms and Friendly Staff! We checked in very late at night, but the receptionist (also the owner) was incredibly friendly and welcomed us warmly. The rooms were aesthetically pleasing, neat, and well-maintained. Beds were clean and made up nicely. There were tables, chairs, a working TV and AC, and even cute little lamps and complimentary water bottles, which added a thoughtful touch. The bathroom was spacious with hot running water, and they provided liquid soaps so we didn’t have to bring our own. Everything was organized and comfortable—it’s clear they’ve taken good care in setting up the rooms. The only downside was the lack of power backup, which meant no electricity during outages. But aside from that, we had a wonderful stay and I’m happy to give them a great rating. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome stay at best western plus jalandhar. Rooms are excellent. Staff is really nice. Usha at reception helped me in providing early check-in and she carries positive smile. Overall good hotel with nice amenities. Will surely book my stay here again.

I have stayed here, several times, and service is always exceptional. From the moment you enter the hotel, the staff makes you feel very special. I got upgraded on my last visit and the reception staff took no time to work us to our rooms. The dining facility is par excellence, the breakfast quality is really good.
