Lovely location on the river,very peaceful,you have the whole flat to yourself.It is a beautiful property,Mr and Mrs Joseph will do you wonderful meals if you want and take care of anything you need,or you can go out to restaurants if you prefer.It's the best home stay I have stayed in.

We had a pleasant stay over there.. The host and his father was kind-hearted . They welcomed us and greeted us pleasantly. The rooms, bathrooms and living room were well maintained and the delicious food was served. Overall our family had a wonderful experience staying in Anandam Homestays at Vaikom. Surely I will recommend this place to my friends and relatives.

Without any expectations i travelled to a budget friendly place, but the hospitality and food served for me was the best part, Anayan the care taker was awesome, owners of the resort always checks our comfort zone and kept me happy, so happy with the overall experience. Sweetest people. Mr. Sunil came early in the morning and waited for an hour to pick us up from Thalayolaparambu. He also helped us rent a bike during our stay. His entire family, especially his wife were warm and welcoming. We looked forward to breakfast every morning as it was THE best! Mrs. Sunil is an amazing cook! Couldn't have asked for a better place to spend the holidays. Love, Shruthi

My first preference was vicinity to temple and this property is just aside. Room is exceptionally clean with neat toilet and clean towels. I found everything fine here. Value for money and I strongly recommend.

Location and layout of the hotel, Looks great from photos, but quite Run down property and staff need more training on the hospitality side. Gym machine are all written and rusted, dont even bother going there. Swimming pool in a poor condition.

Ameya Kerala is truly amazing! The property,built in 2018 to a high standard and with lovely fittings and decorations,is owned by a French couple and run by well trained and efficient Indian staff. Anish was particularly helpful in arranging future bookings and Mr Navraj was very knowledgeable about many things. English spoken was excellent. The kitchen girls were also most attentive. The grounds are beautifully maintained by the gardeners. The food at Ameya was extremely good. Delicious in fact! Beautiful views across the lake with much bird life greets one and one is struck by the peacefulness of it all. Walks or bike rides to the local market area are enjoyable and,of course, canoe rides on the lake can be arranged. All in all we found Ameya quite exceptional and one of the best places we have ever stayed in. We could find no fault with anything.
