That was one of my favourite accommodations I've stayed at in Iceland! Such a stunning location! I'd stay there for a few weeks just relaxing and starring at those mountains and the ocean. We had incredible views and deers right in front of our cottage! Also the girl at reception has let us stay a bit longer because of the road closure when we got stuck for 4 hours. That was really nice! I can't describe how beautiful the place was. I'd stay there again.

Amazing hostel. Super clean. Well organised. Everything that you need for a night or a few was there. Clean towels, bedsheets. Essentials in the kitchen. Clean hallway. Fun to stay in a historic building that is over 100 years old! You can tell all the furnishings are old but well maintained, giving it a nice, classic feel. Funny that "framtíð" means future, when this lovely place is like looking into the past!
