The rooms are standalone villas of a sort with all the basic amenities. The location was excellent, just at the base of Eyjafallajokul, visible from the bedroom window. All rooms have a living area with great views of the field and the ring road, an inner cosy bedroom, an attached washroom, basic cooking utensils and appliances. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were required to contact the host via WhatsApp to receive a code. This code was to be used to open a key box that had the room keys.

Overlooking the Eyjafjöll Mountains, these self-catering cottages include a kitchenette and furnished terrace. They are located by Eyjafjallajökull Glacier, 1 minutes’ drive from Iceland’s Ring Road.

Very cosy cottage with a wonderful view towards the mountains. We were a family of 4 with little space and loved it. Small modern and sufficient kitchen were we ate breakfast and cooked easy dinner (one cooking plate).

Set at the foot of the infamous Eyjafjallajökull Glacier, Welcome Lambafell offers log cabin-style rooms, an outdoor hot tub and furnished terrace. Parking and public area WiFi are free.

Lovely place to spend a beautiful holiday in Iceland. It’s on the ring road between Seljalandfoss and Skogafoss. Beautiful surroundings with a great view of the mountains and the lake. Nice place to spend a peaceful vacation. Rooms are excellent , large and comfortable. Equipped with all necessary amenities you need. Great view from the room and the terrace. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. They provide all the necessary practical information required for your trip. A great place to observe the northern lights on clear winter nights. We really enjoyed our stay there.
