Magnus was a very pleasant host, we were greeted by the two lovely dogs and a couple of lambs. Magnus has a small pub on the farm where he plays his own music in the evening. He also gave plenty of tips on what to see the next day.

Great hotel and restaurant. Absolutely love how it looks run-down from the outside, but when you step in, it’s warm, cosy and very inviting. Interior is great in the restaurant, bar and rooms. Great staff too! Definitely try their Icelandic Lamb Soup that comes with Sourdough and Date butter, the butter is heavenly 👌🏽 And how lovely, they packed a brekky to go, in the morning for us ❤️ Shared kitchen had a big fridge, hot water, tea and coffee available.

Beautiful place with a panoramic view. The cottage was very spacious. The kitchen has everything you need. Quiet location, only sheep and horses around. One of the best places to stay in Iceland for us. We would love to come back <3

People and place were really nice. Rooms were large and apartment we get (2 rooms booked) had everything to leave there several days as we almost felt 'at home' !
