    perfect location bc was going to Heinabergslón kayak the next morning, and skalafell had better reviews than smyrlabjorg. own half-cabin, very quiet, close to the main lodge where free breakfast is served. easy parking, easy to find, cute little farm dog greets you.

    Spacious comfortable room. Good hotel. Relatively close for glacier excursions near diamond beach. Easily accessible. Enough parking. Helpful and friendly staff. It’s a big complex with a lot of rooms, but we liked the (family friendly) vibe around the complex and in the halls to the rooms.

    Room is clean and roomy. Shower is hot and strong. Excellent free breakfast. Free coffee all day. Easy check in. Just drop the key in a basket at the front desk when check out. Big parking lot in the front and at the back. Came back after 10 years it didn't disappoint us.

    Big room facing the mountain, free parking on site, location very easy to find. Breakfast was super woth lot of choice ! Perfect spot to see the northern lights too.

    No luxury, but the purpose of the accommodation was fulfilled. Breakfast was Icelandic standard. Easy parking with plenty of space. A little overpriced like everything in Iceland.

    Staff were helpful, and the room was warm and clean . Breakfast has different options, but the bread .....I guess they baking they own bread it was yummy . I am still thinking about it. The location is very good. Free parking. Fast wifi .

    Large room, free parking, 25 min from the black beach, good restaurant to have dinner (it closes at 9pm as many others) and really good breakfast, plenty of options .

    Apartment is spacious and clean. Plenty of parking just in front of the building. Very friendly and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast and good local cuisine in the restaurant. Expecting bad weather, we selected this place as it is half way between Diamond Beach and Stokksnes, so we could go either direction, which was a good choice.
