Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional! The room was always spotless and beautifully designed, creating a sense of comfort and relaxation. The staff was extremely polite and always willing to help with a smile. The food at the restaurants was simply excellent, with outstanding quality. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It may be small, but it’s incredibly cozy, with lots of warm wooden details and everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The surroundings are peaceful and relaxing, and the location is perfect — close to the lake and just a short walk to the city center. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely choose the same apartment again if we return to Civetta. The landlady was also very kind and welcoming, which made our stay even better. Highly recommended!

All services was very good, also providing the informations. There is different way of check-in (online), but is easy to use. The apartment was big enough, and has very nice wooden style and furniture. There si nothing we can missed. We enyoj a lot and were very satisfied.

    the property has a beautiful view. the room was clean with a big window. the man at the reception was very helpful and nice. you can bring the dog to breakfast. breakfast could use some fruit and more granola options but everything they offer is delicious. you do have to pay for parking but there is free parking 4minutes down the road. great value for money

    Hotel is situated next to Lake Alleghe and our room had a great balcony with gorgeous views over the lake and mountains in the distance. Could not have been better! Easy parking here and 2 mins drive to free parking at telecabin. Staff were exceptionally friendly and very good English spoken. Breakfast with good coffee and a view of the lake. Good value for money.

    This is a hotel with a soul. Family owned, all people who work here are very polite and helpful. The room was big and very clean. In front of the hotel is car parking, with lot of space for cars. In a hotel, there is room for bicycles or skies (depend of season). We had everything that we needed here. Next time we come to this region, I will be happy to stay in this hotel!
