Luca&Melissa are possibly the most attentive, kind & helpful hosts I have ever met on my travels. The house is lovely, with huge garden with plenty of places to sit & relax. The apartment is simple & has everything you need. The views are wonderful. Lots of parking place under the shade in the garden. The roads to villa are bit steep&narrow last few meters, but managable:). There is lovely shop nearby where u can by essencials & some local products, too. There is nice restaurant, too..just short walk from the villa. You can go down the town on foot..its bit of walk, but enjoyable. Lovely kitties & doggie😻.

From the first contact everything went smoothly and pleasantly and we felt at home. Chiara and Luca are very nice and helpful people. The location was fantastic; both the apartment and the very large garden, and all the comfort was there. They work hard to expand the accommodation options. In short; TOP!

The apartment and garden are beautiful and the location is very quiet. The apartment is fully equipped, beautifully decorated and the beds,pillows, sheets are super comfortable. Everything is spotless clean and comfy. The host, Chiara, is lovely, super helpful and very sweet.

The location and the food are outstanding. The service was also exceptional. The evening meal was one of the best we had in our two week holiday, most of which was spent enjoying amazing Italian food. The rooms are a little basic, but the views, meals and service more than make up for this. We would recommend and we would return in an instant

The view from the room was fantastic…except we didn’t see it because we arrived at 8pm and left for MXP in the early hours of the morning. It was a last minute decision to stay here but we wished we had stayed longer. The staff and owner were fantastic and friendly and the room was wonderful. Ample parking. Fast wi-fi. Will definitely return but stay longer next time.

The area around Lago 'dOrta is beautifully green and the lake is clear. The hostel itself and the village of Ameno surrounding it could not be more Italian if Coppola directed the whole set. Nice other guests, quiet surrounding and a small jazz concert in the local park made the stay enjoyable. But the best were Giuditta and her daughters who were friendly and very helpful, thank you.

Everything! Very, very clean, comfortable, excellent location, well equipped even for longer stay, nice furniture. Cute sunny balcony and beautiful garden. We would rate both accommodation and host with 12 out of 10, and we are the frequent travelers. Our host was helpful with everything, welcoming us with a help around the luggage, giving us good proposals where to go, what to visit, even where to park a car for free.     Lovely hostel , clean quiet comfy equipped kitchen in Ameno a charming village near to the Orta lake Sweet garden outside the hostel with views and the local cafe bar was opposite for apéro and coffee etc A small shop for food papers ice creams etc 2 mins walk away from hostel A couple of pizzerias and auberges fairly near for reasonably priced meals Good free parking Plenty of tourist info and books Really modern shower rooms all new Great walks around the local area including down to the lake Guidetta was very efficient

    It's perfect for us... the hotel represents value for money and if you are like us & have a car then the free parking is a bonus. If you just need a place to sleep, shower and catch up on the internet, then this is the place for you. In addition, the view & the food in the restaurant (for both dinner & breakfast) is worth the price of admission alone :) The experience here was so good, we stayed an extra night!
