The house is very comfortable and clean, we would stay again if in the area. The kitchen had all that we needed to cook and eat at the house. Lots of space for two adults and a teenager. The balcony is small but perfect to sit and relax in the evening. Host is very quick to reply to messages and questions, she also booked our taxi back to the airport for us. Her help on finding out about local buses etc was great. The location of the house is fantastic, just a few seconds walk to the lake, a good restaurant right next door and a short walk up the stairs to the old town.

Nice and easygoing hosts, big apartment with comfortable furniture, spacious glazed terrace, quiet place, safe parking on the territory, buns, mini cakes, chocolates and fruits as a welcome treat (many Italian hosts do that, which is irresistibly nice). There is a children playground nearby. The apartment is not far from the picturesque lake of Bracciano and is at a reasonable distance from Rome. For us it was a great variant to see Rome and not to pay fortunes for accommodation.

That was over our expectation! That was exactly what we were expecting: peaceful place, feeling authentic Italy, country land fresh air and smells. Room clearness and personally served capuchino in early morning were so lovely. We were late for check-in and arrived at almost midnight, but, apartment owner made all possible to make our arriving comfortable. Very recommended if you wish to feel real Italy.

    Great apartment in a quiet town by the beautiful lake Bracciano. Secure parking behind a closed gate, supermarket is 2 min drive away, lake is a 5-10 min drive. Rome is 40 min drive away. Excellent location to explore Rome if you have a hire car.

    This is a great apartment to stay near Rome. Filippo is a great host who responded to our requests and in particular suggested a great parking lot in the center of Rome. The accommodation contains everything necessary for a full stay there for several days or more. I really liked the comfortable bed, the possibility to park on the private territory of the property.

    This is a great apartment that offers all the commodities for a pleasant stay. The kitchen has everything you need, including dishes, cookware, paper towels, plastic wrap, and a few basic cooking items like salt, pepper, oil, etc. The location is just outside the old town centre, so while it may lack the charm of the old houses nearby, it makes up for it with the convenience of a large parking lot, ease of access and modern amenities. The town of Anguillara Sabazia is absolutely gorgeous!
