Where to begin. We were looking for a spot close to syracuse but not far from beaches souther towards Noto. This place is pefect for that. At the end of the street is a cool small beach that looks nice and across the bay its plemirrio which looks great. Syracuse is 15mins away. The hosts were super kind, very very nice legit people. They dont know english, but no one does on sicily. Still we communicated with them nornally. The apt has everything and its quite large, they only rent that one apartment and they live in the house on the upper floor. Its very clean and nicely decorated. Combo of sicily and modern. A lot of art in the apartment. The owner is an artist. Beautiful garden. I liked also how they taughtfully leave everything you need in the kitchen, e.g. a lot of coffee pods. Sorry for drinking all of them :D Of all the places in sicily we had a best time in 3 days spending here and going to syracuse and around. Best, Fran

This place is fantastic. Outside area is very big. It has a big swimming pool, and a big garden. Also it is very central where one can reach Syracuse and Noto very easily. All it needs is a little bit of retouching here and there, but the place being so large is very difficult to maintain 100%. Great value for money

This is a great place. Very quiet and easy access to beautiful beaches. The host was fantastic and the accommodation was both a very good size and very comfortable. It is near to Syracuse which is a historic and beautiful city. On our hosts advice we also went to Noto and we are glad we took his advice as it is stunning. We really enjoyed this peaceful place. It also has a very large garden to relax in. We will definitely be back for a much longer stay.

We received a warm welcome from two wonderful ladies at Reception (Barbara and Mary) who explained everything about the property and gave us a tour. The setting is part of a restored 19th century farm with gardens, orchards, an Enchanted Garden, two stunning outdoor pools - everything designed for total comfort and relaxation in the Sicilian countryside. We stayed 3 nights to explore Siracusa/Ortigia, nearby towns and beautiful beaches. They grow their own organic produce which is served in the restaurant. The room was beautiful, especially the bathroom with Sicilian tiles. We enjoyed our own private patio facing a garden with citrus trees and flowering shrubs. A delightful way to start the day with a morning coffee and end it with a glass of local wine before a delicious Sicilian dinner in their restaurant. The breakfast buffet was exceptional including custom made omelettes and a table full of freshly baked breads and sweets. We loved our visit and could have stayed a week.

    Close to the ocean for nearby walks. Although the apartment is part of the main house, has its own personal space. Parking was simple and the apartment had all amenities. Restaurants were not open nearby but able to get a pizza and mingle with th elocals.

    Stunning property with a beautiful garden in a quiet location, specious & modern & clean rooms, two good size bathrooms, very comfy beds, kitchen has all that is needed (a coffee machine is a bonus), large sun terrace to chill out, great sunrise&sunset views. Secure parking. Fantastic location, approx 20 mins by car to Syracuse, and easy to travel to other cities, such as Noto, Ragusa and various beaches. Brilliant host Paolo, great communication, and lots of great travel tips. I will not hesitate to visit again. Thank you!
