Everything was just perfect. Usually we stay in the Grand Hotel in Arenzano, but this time we were travelling with 3rd person and we wanted to have a bigger apartment. There is an underground parking space, which is super convenient. The place is spacious and clean, and super comfortable. Terrace with a view is just a cherry on top. Highly recommended!

These were the most beautiful rooms I’ve ever seen. The property is a beautifully converted old villa, finished to a high standard and located right on the promenade. The hosts were absolutely wonderful! There’s also a fantastic restaurant on the ground floor — highly recommended.

A wonderful little apartment in which we felt comfortable. It has everything you need. The sofa bed is very comfortable. Everything is very clean and nice. The terraces have a wonderful view, you can see part of the sea. The hosts were very kind and accommodated us late in the evening. Convenient private parking. I recommend this wonderful place!

A very good size apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, wash machine, terrace to each apartment covered with grapewine, pool in front of the terraces, amazing view to the sea. Everything perfectly clean, the living space is roomy, the view is wonderful through the big door-windows. Check-in and check-out was very flexible. Nice place to relax and recharge.

    The hotel is well located just across the road from the beach and a couple of minutes walk into the old town. The room was spacious and adequate and we were fortunate to have one of the few front rooms with a view to the waterfront. There is no parking on-site but staff offer convenient valet parking. The man on reception was helpful despite limited English. Arenzano is a nice town which is not too big but with an old town center and a number of good restaurants.

    excellent handling of car parking. Parked the car out front. Left the key with them and they took it to their longer term parking and got it back in 10 minutes when we're wanted to use it again. Worked very well indeed. That's good personal service! Much appreciated! The room was a good size and great sea view! Friendly town. good restaurants. Nice walk to Cogeleto and bus or train back. close to excellent golf course la Pineta. Enough public beaches, but I expect it's crowded in high season.

    the property was fresh and nicely decorated, minimalist but had everything needed. Room was clean and bathroom was very spacious as well as the terrace. Even tho there was no parking on site there was plenty free parking places on the street. The walk to town is only 15-20. Davide, the owner, was really really nice and happy to give us an advice of how to get around Arenzano or best places to eat. We are definitely coming back again as it was super value for money
