Fantastic place in a quiet area on a beautiful Sea. Only 20 mins from Palermo and 40 from Cefalù. No kids allowed was the best reason why I chose Villa Flavia. Excellent design of the venue.

Room very comfortable. We were on first floor with a balcony with nice views. Breakfast was nice out on patio. Convenient to eating houses, old harbour and Old Porticello. Train station 10 minute walk away. Went to Cefalu by train, bit over an hour depending on day and time. Building was tastefully renovated about 6 years ago

The room is very clean and comfortable. You can see the sea from the balcony. The transportation is also very convenient. It's worth mentioning that the aunt who prepared breakfast was very warm and friendly. The landlord was also very considerate and bound the invoices and receipts I needed before giving them to me. I'm very satisfied with this stay.

Case Giannone was just what we needed after some time in Palermo. The host was really nice and she made sure we had a great stay. The breakfast was amazing - everything that you would need (salty & sweet). The rooms are very big and clean, the view from the balcony was amazing (garden and sea as well). There is a private free parking. Restaurants and beaches are few minutes walk away.

Everything! The location was perfect, less than 2 minutes to beautiful Caletta st Elia. The host Mimmo was so friendly and hospitable, he made Santa Flavia such a great Sicilian experience! The property has everything you need and is very comfortable. Would highly recommend a stay here! Grazie Mimmo!
