The hotel is in the old monestary and the atmosphere is relaxing.There is a small reed room if you want to sit in silence. So amazing place near of everything. The view from the balcony was incredible. They clean the room every day. Breakfast was great, salty and sweet. The staff is very nice and friendly. A wonderful location for combining rural and cultural tourism. Excellent level of hygiene and service. They have a farmyard with well-kept animals, the children had fun in the yard. The views from the place are breathtaking. A swimming pool is currently being built, which will be available to guests during the summer season.     The place is so beautiful outside and so cute inside like a nona’s house. Very clean, good beds. Parking lot right on the property in front of a plantation of olive trees, so beautiful! 100m from the ramp to the basilica. Breakfast ok like in any hotel in Toscana.

    Probably the best thing about the accommodation was free parking and kitchen (even if there was no tea or coffee provided). Location was handy for us, we wanted just to sleep somewhere after visiting Assisi, this was just few minutes from the city and good for quick morning getaway.

    The apartment is extremely spacious, very comfortable and nicely decorated. The two bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you might need, including food for breakfast. The location is fantastic, very close to the Basilica di Santa Chiara. There is a parking lot belonging to the apartment very close by. The person who came to greet us was extremely friendly and helpful.

    We loved everything about this charming hotel, located literally just off the town square. Close to the bus stop too, so quick access to the Basilica and Matteotti parking lot. Rooms accessible without stairs, lovely comfortable rooms with good AC and views of the old town rooftops. Amazing breakfast with the most delicious homemade cakes and protein options. The staff were helpful, making dinner reservations for us and assisting with travel. Highly recommended!
