I felt like at home. Apartament has everything you need. Kitchen fully equipped if you want to cook your own meals. Bathroom with toiletries and towels. Plenty of free spaces to park a car. Train station - Varedo, about 10 mins walk. Giuseppe toy are doing great job! Thank you so much

We arrived very late after midnight because of unexpected traffic and we were worried because it's not a hotel. But the host had kindly waited until we arrived. If I had been her, I would have fallen a sleep ;) The room is very spacious and the beds are comfortable. The toilet was also spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped! The parking was also very easy, just in front of the building. I can recommend it to anybody who needs comfortable stay!!

Everything was great! The air conditioning worked well, the bed was comfortable, and the terrace was lovely. The room, including the bathroom, was very clean, and we enjoyed the peaceful garden view. We appreciated the thoughtful touch of having mosquito repellent provided in the room—it was both nice and necessary. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented in a cosy living room, with music adding to the pleasant atmosphere. We especially loved the welcoming attitude towards dogs. The spacious green garden was perfect for letting our dog run around, which was exactly what we needed. This place is clearly well taken care of with a love.

    The place was just great! The rooms were so clean and Mr. Joan Franko and his wife were friendly. The breakfast was very good and it felt like home. The parking spot were inside the Villa and for free. I really recommend this place because it was just great.

    The breakfast is good, the apartments are quite clean, very good parking, a bottle of wine as a gift from the owner. We also came with another child (4 years old), we were allowed not to pay extra. The place for breakfast is nice, with elements of design, but most importantly: unfortunately, the description and photos of the apartments did not correspond to reality. And we are faced with many restrictions (In many places - it was announced that this is a private area where you can not go)
