Completely blown away. Tried to pay more and they wouldn't let me. Gorgeous property, hosts went above and beyond, just a few minutes from the airport. Tasty breakfast with fresh coffee. Sweet dog roaming around the garden. I'm still in disbelief just how inexpensive this place was. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

It was my second year at Favorita and I can’t wait to go back in the near future. The room is amazing, spacious, airconditioning, beautiful and spacious shower. The facilities are great, a nice pool with enough sunbeds but what makes this place the best is probably the staff. They remembered me from last year and also remembered my parents who stayed here before me. The restaurant offers amazing food, you have so many options for breakfast and they can tell you all about the wines they serve and make some great aperol spritz. I would highly recommend going here.

We liked everything ! Milena the owner was very friendly and helpful she ensured that we were well looked after. It was a hot evening when we arrived for a one night stay and she checked that we were happy with the aircon then later on messaged again and explained how to adjust it if required and checked it was cold enough We were travelling by train the next day. She took us to the station. And stopped off at a bakery to enable us to get a good breakfast before boarding the train . The apartment is beautifully furnished to a very high standard and is very clean with comfortable beds. It’s a great base to discover the area . Umbria is a beautiful area.

    I stayed twice in this hotel when travelling in Italy, on my way to Rome from Florence and from Rome to Venice. Everything was just as expected - location, room, shower and parking. So why aren’t there more hotels like this in Italy? It’s so nice for someone who’s always on the road.

    This is a spacious, comfortable, and modern apartment in a very nice neighborhood. The host provided a detailed guide with photos that made checking in and staying there very easy, and he was quick to respond to any questions I had. Parking was convenient and there is a large supermarket as well as cafes within easy walking distance. I especially liked the large sofa and TV in the living room. It is close enough to Assisi to visit easily, without the hassle of trying to drive through those narrow streets.

    The breakfast was daily fresh and abundant and served at the time which we requested. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the premises and room were comfortable and clean with a good sized modern bathroom. Parking facilities were also excellent and secure. The location was also very good for travelling to all parts of Umbria particularly Perugia and Assisi.

    This is a charming beautiful spot in the heart of the countryside - very easy to get to and in a calm and quiet nook of land right before you reach Assisi. The place feels like family, the staff are lovely and kind. THE RESTAURANT IS AMAZING (I miss the gnocco already!) The breakfast in the morning is delicious and set up so beautifully. If you are driving this place is great because you are essentially parking at a functioning vineyard, lots of space. This place has an open air, casual and special vibe.

    The property was located in a a beautiful area, really quiet, peaceful and amazing views parking was free which was a bonus. It was a very easy drive from Rome. The couple who met us at the property on the day we arrived showed us where everything was and how things worked and were able to provide us with recommendations of where to go and eat and places for breakfast.

    very glad we chose this hotel for it’s proximity to the airport, it’s 10 times more beautiful than the pictures, a medieval castle, big rooms and very comfortable, the reception staff amazing, realy made our stay very comfortable! and the free parking was a great bonus
