I want to share my impressions of staying in these apartments. I have never met a better service than here. An incredibly cozy, new, clean, spacious apartment with everything you need for living, the kitchen is fully equipped, there is everything you need to cook (not just breakfast), a large refrigerator, a capsule coffee maker, all the dishes are clean, new and aesthetic. The bathroom is equipped with everything down to the smallest detail, if you forgot your toothbrush on a trip, you can not worry, because when I first went into the bathroom, I saw two new toothbrushes, personal hygiene products and even a first aid kit. A beautiful basket with various snacks was waiting for us in the living room, it was very nice and caring. The hostess Lucrezia was simply incredible, she greeted us warmly, responded very quickly to all requests, and fulfilled them just as quickly. A very nice girl. And what an incredible view of the lake opens from all the windows of these apartments, and the cozy balcony, where we had breakfast and spent the evenings admiring the views. From Bellano, the town where the apartments are located, it is easy to get to Varenna by train (only 4 minutes), there is also a ferry, from the apartment itself to the train station and ferry crossing only 10-15 minutes. I highly recommend these apartments, by the way, they are suitable for both friends (there is a sofa in the living room, and a large comfortable bed in the bedroom, so it is suitable for a group of 4 people), and for a couple, there will be plenty of romance here). After this trip, only pleasant emotions remained. Thank you, Lucrezia,we will come back again for sure :)

I liked that it was very clean and beautifully decorated. I loved the snacks that were provided in the kitchen. I also appreciate the high speed Wifi. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent customer service and their responsiveness. The location is perfect for those who want a peaceful stay to clear their minds.

    Grace's home has everything you need for a pleasant stay at Lake Como. The apartment was very clean and well equiped and offers a free parking spot in the near. The host Antonio was very nice and helpful, he suggested us to visit a location Orrido di Belano that is located 5 min from the building and turned out to be amazing. Very much recommended!

    It is located about 15 minutes from Bellano center, where you can get into ship and travel to another cities. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. It is perfect for short stay in Bellano. There is a free parking on the street. The host is great, she quickly answers any questions. Close to the apartment there’s great restaurant - Taverna Melanotte. You have to go there if you want authentic Italian experience.
