Excellent staff - professional, responsive with questions before arrival. Friendly and welcoming on arrival…. Assisted with local directions and information. Beautifully presented reception. Easy onsite parking. Lift accessible. Room was also very well presented, high ceilings, spacious, large bathroom. Great breakfast, buffet and chef on site. Kettle, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, cooktop and crockery. Soundproofed room, large windows, electronic and secure access. Good location. We both loved the property and our stay .

We arrived earlier than the check in time and the staff was helpful, keeping our baggages and putting it in our room. It's a new hotel so the room is very confortable and modern. The area is calm. It takes around 20 minutes walk to join the touristic places in the center of the citta alta.

We loved staying here. It was super clean, the charm of old and modern at the same time in a very tasty way. Was even nicer than in the photos. Reception and people super sympa. Had even 10% discount in they restos where we had a delucious italian dinner. Everything was just perfect, right in the old citycenter, for a very reasonable price. And the breakfest was a delight too.

The service was outstanding! Lovely staff who booked a restaurant and taxis for us without hesitation. It's a gorgeous property with unique styling and a only a short stroll into the heart of the beautiful Citta Alta town. Breakfast was delicious and served in a lovely courtyard. I spent 24 hours in Bergamo as a last minute itinerary change before a week of work in Milan and was so pleased to have chosen this destination!

Our stay here was definitely a plus. This place is a must if you love rich Italian interiors with a touch of modernity. Very comfortable bed, beautiful stone bathroom, great view from the window to the small square and lovely hosts. All this in the center of Citta Alta, yet the nights were peaceful here.     Perfect communication with the owners. Easy access to Old Town resp. direct bus line No.1 to the airport (about 15 mins walk downhill resp.20 mins uphill to the bus stop). One parking lot available by appartment house, other free parking lots closeby (1 min.walk distance). We stay in PONENTE appartment (1st floor). The photos of appartment on Booking.com match the reality. Very cosy place to stay. Carrefour store is 7 mins walk away - open 24/7. Good restaurant "Il Roccolino" is 2 mins walk - very well recomended by locals.

    Amazing stay at Le Muraine! The rooms were very clean and the AC worked without issue. It was also very easy to have more information by calling (check-in, parking,…). We luckily managed to always get a parking spot in the free parking lot in front of the hotel. It was definitely one of our best stay for this range of price!
