There were two very large dining rooms used for all meals. On the tables each morning are sheets of paper offering a lunch or dinner menu which are pre ordered. Very friendly and helpful owners who were easily contacted and responsive. Very comfortable bed, good bathroom with shower, and appropriately equipped kitchen. Room wasn't huge, but big enough to fit a cot as well as the bed. Great services from staff, including recommendations of what to see and where to eat around town. Located fairly close to the centre of Bolsena.
