The old building is very well refurbished, decorated, and picturesque. The breakfast was excellent, with a lot of different options, served in a very beautiful room. The staff was very helpful. We arrived there late at night, travelling by car through a very heavy storm, and the owners were waiting for us and guide us until we safely arrived, and park inside the hotel's parking.

We stayed as a group of four and had a fantastic time! The property is clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located to explore the area. The property (Silvia) was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, and we had everything we needed. We had a very pleasant stay at Casa Rosita, the communication with Eleonora was very easy and the house is situated in a beautiful part of Bolsena. We could reach everything by food and there are many cute bars and restaurants close by. Also the beach is away in circa 15 minutes walking distance so we can definitely recommend this appartment to everyone who wants to spend a relaxed and nice vacation at Lago di Bolsena and we would love to come back there soon🙂

    The property is directly opposite Lago Bolsena on a beautiful tree lined street The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom fairly updated. There were two very large dining rooms used for all meals. On the tables each morning are sheets of paper offering a lunch or dinner menu which are pre ordered. Beautiful al fresco areas overlooking the lake as well as a gelateria on site. Plenty of free parking on site too. Highly recommend a stay at this great location.

    We stayed in the small, 1 bedroom apartment. Well located for the town and the lake. Secure parking. Very friendly and helpful owners who were easily contacted and responsive. Very comfortable bed, good bathroom with shower, and appropriately equipped kitchen. In the apartment there were just two chairs and a small table, in a limited space, but the outside table and chairs made a comfortable and well shaded area for relaxing once the weather was warm.

    Excellent location with super friendly and accommodating staff. Dietary requirements were catered for very well at breakfast with vegan food provided in addition to the wide selection already available. Excellent amenities in room; powerful air con & great shower. Off street parking was a bonus in this small town. This place was perfect for our stay.

    The hotel is near the lake and it has private beach. We got tickets to the pool at Camping village , it was excellent. Close to Bolsona and Orvieto Breakfast was good and was served on the hotel terrace. Free parking

    location was excellent, staff friendly. the breakfast options were also great and onsite parking appreciated. Our room was small travelling with 2 large suitcases however our terrace was massive and great views over the lake and behind to the old centre. We would stay here again.

    Charming room in an old house with stone walls and vaulted ceilings. Room wasn't huge, but big enough to fit a cot as well as the bed. Great services from staff, including recommendations of what to see and where to eat around town. Located fairly close to the centre of Bolsena. Tasty and varied continental breakfast options including fresh coffee, pastries, fruit, meats, breads, etc. Free parking available on site with direct access between car park and rooms.
