We had a wonderful stay here and Viviana was very friendly and thoughtful. We had to check-in late but it was no problem as she waited for us with a welcome drink and snacks! Next day, since it was raining, she even provided us with some rags to clean our motorbike! The dog was also very well behaved. The location was convenient to visit lake Como and other places nearby. Highly recommend!

The view was breathtaking, the penthouse that we stayed in was enormous, it had a big terrace with front lake view , we had breakfast in our apartment, that had a dining room, every morning someone brought and arranged everything in the room. It exceeded our expectations!! I highly recommend this hotel. It is 10/10!

The apartment is nice and modern equipped (it is from April 2025). Everything is furnished with taste, taking care of the smallest details. Comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven and dishwasher and full tableware. A tea and coffee are prepared and waiting for guests with a view of the mountains on the balcony. You have 5 minutes to the lake and restaurants. Anna is also a great host who takes care of her guests, provides advice and help if needed. She puts a lot of commitment and heart into managing the apartment, which makes you want to come back.

The owner of this property showed me where to park and greeted me. He was very friendly and also provided me with water, drinks and snacks. The place could not have been cleaner and everything was comfortable. There is also a washing machine, which is perfect for travelers.
