The studio is comfortable, very clean and well equipped. Everything is exactly as described and in the photos, if not better. The location is in the center and on the edge of the ZTL zone. The hostess is very kind, she responded to messages very quickly and she did everything to make our stay in Piacenza very pleasant.

Next to the location are free paking slots next to a sport area. The owners were perfectly ready for everything: we checked in early, they had an app ready for recording and translating and after we questioned it, they even got us a whole gluten-free breakfast. Rooms are cozy, perfectly clean and air-condishened. Everything perfect!

What a beautiful surroundings and what a great house. How wonderful to have the opportunity to have a look inside a real Italian way of life, at least in the earlier days. So much history. We booked the family room and our daughter (almost 3) was so happy with the sleeping couch; she has slept the whole night through while normally she wakes up during the night. The pool was very nice to have, especially because it was very hot outside. We loved the breakfast, especially the torta della nonna. The breakfast is a bit sweet but if you ask for something else Paolo will bring it. We hadn’t realized it was a Monday when we arrived which means that a lot of restaurants were closed. Luckily the mom of the host knew a very good place and made a reservation for us. We have met the whole family, all very nice people. Don’t hesitate to ask for something: they are glad to help you or bring it to you.

The hosts were super kind and helpful despite the fact that we didn't speak Italian and they didn't speak English. They were very kind in being flexible about our check-in time, we're really quick to sort things out (5mins) when we had a power cut and also let us know that we'd accidentally left some things behind when we left. The apartment was also super clean and tidy, a good size for a party of 6, and near several local supermarkets (the hosts also advised us about parking), so really handy.The kitchen was also really well equipped and we were very happy that there was a washing machine.

    Nice quiet rural location. Safe for parking. Friendly owner, went out of his way to provide me with a gluten free breakfast. Nice relaxed homely feel. It suited us fine. Lovely and warm in the room. Shower gel provided. Restaurants not far away in the car. Not far from the motorway so ideal for a trip heading back home to UK from south of Italy.

    Great and large rooms, very comfortable bed, quiet, very clean, very warm reception and nice breakfast. Unfortunately I did not stay very long (I arrived late and had to leave early), however, I enjoyed the brief time I had very much. Parking right in front of the house.
