This is a great location, close to the lake but not too close! Mauro was a very helpful host when we were concerned that future rail journeys would be disrupted by a strike. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful and the view from our room splendid.

We loved absolutely everything, the attention to detail is phenomenal. What a perfect stay. Our room was out of this world, one of the best stays out of our mini tour of Italy. Accommodation is just out of the busy areas to relax and enjoy, perfect base for exploring. Breakfast was lovely, with a variety to choose from, and perfect in the Courtyard. The wine cellar 👌🏻✨. The most perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble, even provided us with personal recommendations around the area of Lake Garda and made reservations for dinner for us. Grazie Giovanni + Steffani for sharing your amazing property with us. A labour of love of yours which you should both be very proud of 🤩

Stunning views and great pool. Brilliant staff and breakfast had a plethora of choice. Mattress was super comfy. Rooms cleaned daily, well maintained, and welcoming. Staff work really hard to make your stay perfect. Very relaxing. We needed a twin room, and this was sorted at arrival.

    Nice, clean, well maintained, modern, spacious apartment with its own garden and private parkingĝ. Beautiful surroundings and close to Lake Garda. We spent five nights with our toddler, was perfect place to stay over. Leandro is very communicative, he sent timely needed information and responded fast to any questions.     Perfect, large apartment with all necessities at hand! Very good kitchen & bathroom, nice large windows, good heating, nice terrace, garden use, free car parking on street. Very friendly hosts (no English spoken, but no problem). Everything very clean and organised! We loved this place!!!
