a quiet place to relax, the owners took care of the atmosphere and the most necessary assortment. The room has a fridge and a kettle, it is comfortable. The facility is neat, not the most modern, but pleasant. The garden was created with passion, there is a pond where children can play and generally there are a lot of toys for children. It's a very good place to relax and slow down. Really pleasant! I recommend

The hotel is centrally located in Como, close to the market, public transport, and the harbor. Our room was spacious, with a balcony overlooking the pool, and equipped with modern furniture and a coffee machine. The staff were very kind and welcoming. A special thanks to Gaia, who guided us personally from the main road to the hotel a wonderful gesture. We also appreciated the thoughtful gift card. Overall, a very comfortable stay with excellent hospitality.

Location is very good if you want to explore Milano, lake Como or go to some events in Monza by car or train. Train station is 15 min walking distance from house. Owner are so kind and helpfull. Breakfast is very good and parking is free. Higly recommend it!
