We have found our new place to stay in San Feliciano (our fauvorite place in Italy). Il posto del cuore is a cozy, clean and typical italian style appartment with good airconditioning and an amazing view from the balcony. On the front side there is a terrace with view of the olive fields. Here you find the perfect place in walking distance to the lakeside where you can enjoy a meal or a drink at the bars. Mary is a very attentive and very helpfull host who is always available with assistance. She sent us very detailed descriptions on how things work and left us a nice starting package with a bit of breakfast and ingredients for a plate of pasta.

Absolutely everything. The location, the decoration of the apartment, the provision of bicycles to go toot rides around the lake, and most importantly the attention to detail and customer service. We had a fantastic time at Fontecristina. I can’t imagine a more beautiful setting - the pool, garden and view are stunning. The apartment itself is exquisite. Krisztina and Lucio are the perfect hosts - they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, and gave us really helpful tips for things to do and places to go to. The apartment is in a great location to visit other areas. We took day trips to Rome, Perugia, Assisi, Siena, Florence and San Morino. It is also just perfect for lazy days around the private pool, soaking in the beautiful Umbrian countryside!
