First and foremost villiam and petty was great. Petty opened the kitchen specially for us and made us deliches diner in no time. We had interesting conversation and we learn about the area and culinary of the region. The place is quiet, calm and comfortable.

Location was truly beautiful, quiet but near to a local town. Fabrizio the owner was so hospitable and made us feel very welcome. Heavenly pool and the apartment had been refurbished to the highest standard. Car essential.

    The property was beautifully remodeled and is maintained in wonderful condition. All rooms are very large. It is located in a forested area that is not too isolated from other properties but is very quiet and serene. The host were wonderful, but unfortunately during our visit the restaurant was not open for dinner. We did walk approximately one kilometer down the road to an excellent restaurant, however. The breakfast was hearty and delicious. There was even secure, covered parking for the motorcycles. We will definitely be coming back!

    Very friendly staff, lovely and extremely spacious rooms, the Lambrusco wine selection is amazing and the food was lovely. Great location and view from the terrace too! And for the coffeelovers; coffee at breakfast is a classic Bialetti moccapot. Alot of parkingspace and well accesible by motorcycle. The owner was also kind enough to help me make a small repair on my motorbike after i sustained some damage to the bodywork for which i cannot thank him enough!
