Villa Vacasio is a unique place. Quiet, calm, clean and tidy. Care has been taken to ensure the intimacy of each flat. Each flat has its own patio, shaded by beautifully growing flowering plants. A swimming pool is located in the centre. Beautifully. But above all, the atmosphere of the place is created by the family. The couple: Lucilla and Marco, their daughter Violante (if I spell it right) and the parents. They all care about the comfort of the guests. They are friendly, open and always available ... This stay went above and beyond our expectations! Very close to many sights in the area like Bolsena lake and Bosco del Sasseto. The staff was very friendly giving us a free tour of their botanical garden (and a gnome one too!). Perfect for children and Fantasy lovers. A very nice breakfast accompanied by hand picked wild berries. Must try!

We loved the beautiful cascina and Giovanni and her mother were very welcoming and helpful. We got the possibility for late check in which we really appreciated. The rooms were clean and very comfortable and nice. We had a nice breakfast in the morning and enjoyed looking at beautiful ceramics made by Giovanni which decorated the kitchen. Also Whiskey and Ruddy , the furry members of the family,were very friendly and nice.

We liked everything about this place: the cleanliness of the rooms, with very good facilities and attention to detail, the breakfast was tasty, the quiteness in the night , and, of course, the attention of the owners. The location of the property is fantastic, in less than one hour of drive one can reach so many beautiful places in Tuscany. We also had dinner at the bistro, the food was great. We highly recommend this B&B, it greatly exceeded our expectations.
