In July it got so hot though and unfortunately the air condition was broken when we arrived and could not be repaired quickly. As it was impossible to stay in the house without air condition, the hosts offered to transfer us to another apartment in the town centre of Castiglione de la Pescaia which had air condition. The staff at the check in and the lifeguards were present and service-minded. The beach was nice, although quite a walk away. The superior bungalow had all the kitchen utensils, bed linens and towels. The aircon worked very efficiently. Free parking. The area felt safe. It took us about 15 min by car to the parking lot to the dog beach. The house itself is cozy, all windows are equipped with a mosquito net, and the kitchen has quit a lot of dishes, although of course it would be convenient to have a dishwasher.
