Welcomed owner provided a lot of suggestions and tips on places to visit nearby, maps and advises on parking lots, ways to choose and areas must see. Amazing agricultural techniques museum on site guided tour by the owner interesting to take and to learn more about Italian cuisine and vine production. Even though it may look a bit strange or neglected from the outside, inside the hotel looks brand new and is equipped properly. The staff spoke English, there was parking space available in a small backyard as well as on the street. The place offers breakfasts, but we did not try them. The staff recommended some restaurants for a dinner. Location is very close to the old part of the city centre (5 mins. by walk), and there are also two large superkmarkets less than a 5 mins. drive away. We did not have any trouble with noises from the corridor or other rooms

Such a beautiful location in the countryside - a farm stay, but only 4.3km from a large supermarket. And it had a pool !! And the staff were wonderfully friendly (even when we were in the pool after hours because we’d missed the closing time sign !).

Fully renovated accommodation with a great attention to details. Close to Bologna and Ferrara. Can accommodate a large group of people. Barbara is an amazing person that made us feel like at home. We dine in at her restaurant and she is an amazing cook. Food is delicious including the breakfast with fresh jam and butter and eggs. Spacious and comfy bedrooms. Definitely worth it the stay! Thank you Barbara 😊

    Large modern room with a large tv and soft bed. Good views from the top level and the building has a lift too. The staff/family were very friendly welcoming to the property. The free parking is secured within the gates of the property.
