We had plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 kids (there was room for two more adults plus a futon on the top floor). The living room and kitchen had enough space for all of us to come together. The 2 full bathrooms and the extra toilet made the space comfortable for all of us. The town is very small, but there's a nearby store, bar, pizza restaurant, multiple free parking lots, gas station and a short drive to a shopping center.
